Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Make the Meat Sauce
Brown the ground beef and onions. Drain the excess grease, and then add garlic and seasonings. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 2: Make the Mac & Cheese
Cook macaroni until al dente and drain. Then, melt butter in a large pot. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly add milk and whisk until thickened. Stir in cheeses until smooth, and then mix in the cooked macaroni.

In a greased 9×13 baking dish add layers…
