Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Season & Prep the Chicken
Add all your seasonings, peppers, garlic, and green onion directly to the chicken. Massage everything really well so the flavor gets into every piece.
Cover and bake at 375°F for 1 to 1½ hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.

Step 2: Prepare the Sauce
Remove the chicken from the oven and drain the pan juices, saving about 1 cup.
In a pan, combine pan juices, jerk marinade, green seasoning, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and honey. Let the sauce simmer until it thickens.
Taste and adjust with salt and pepper if needed -but go light, because the pan juices already bring a ton of flavor

Step 3: Sauce & Bake Again
Pour the sauce over the chicken and return it to the oven uncovered. Bake for another 1 hour, allowing the sauce to caramelize and coat the wings beautifully.

Step 4: Serve
Remove from the oven and let the chicken cool slightly before serving.
