Juicy Oven-Baked Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (or your preferred cut)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp 1/2 Stick unsalted Softened butter
  • 1 Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Badia 14 Spice Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Kinders Buttery Garlic
  • 1 pack Sazon
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  • Set your oven to 375 degrees
  • Clean & pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture. This helps the skin crisp up.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 stick softened butter, seasonings listed above, 1/2 lemon juice paprika, garlic powder, 2 tbs olive oil
  • Coat the chicken with the spice mixture, making sure it’s evenly distributed.
  • Place the chicken thighs, skin side up, on a lined baking sheet. Make sure there's a little space between each piece for even cooking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1hr 30 uncovered, or until the skin should be crispy and golden brown.
  • Garnish with 1/2 sliced lemon and 1/2 sliced onion. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
