Set your oven to 375 degrees
Clean & pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture. This helps the skin crisp up.
In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 stick softened butter, seasonings listed above, 1/2 lemon juice paprika, garlic powder, 2 tbs olive oil
Coat the chicken with the spice mixture, making sure it’s evenly distributed.
Place the chicken thighs, skin side up, on a lined baking sheet. Make sure there's a little space between each piece for even cooking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1hr 30 uncovered, or until the skin should be crispy and golden brown.
Garnish with 1/2 sliced lemon and 1/2 sliced onion. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
