Big Mac Smash Tacos

Ingredients

For the Tacos

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20
  • 6 small flour tortillas street taco size
  • Burger Seasoning
  • 6 slices American cheese

Toppings

  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • Dill pickle slices

Big Mac Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions

Make the Big Mac Sauce

  • Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Prep the Beef

  • Divide the ground beef into 6 equal portions (about 2.5 oz each).

Smash the Tacos

  • Place a tortilla on a flat surface.
  • Spread one portion of beef into a thin, even layer covering the entire tortilla.
  • Season with your favorite Burger Seasoning.

Cook

  • Heat a griddle or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Place the tortilla beef-side down onto the hot surface.
  • Press firmly with a spatula for about 10 seconds.
  • Cook for 2–3 minutes until the beef develops a crust.
  • Flip so the tortilla side is down.
  • Immediately top with a slice of American cheese.
  • Cook another minute until the tortilla is golden and the cheese melts.

Assemble

  • Top each taco with shredded lettuce, diced onions, sliced pickles, and a generous drizzle of Big Mac sauce
